In TopSolid’Cam, there is an option which allows you to cut a 3D path according to the tool length. By using 3D in operation manager and “tool length management”, there are two possibilities : either it is possible to trim the path to the accessible area with the tool’s characteristics, either it is possible to select more tools to cut the path according to each tool length. The benefit is to have the best rigidity as possible, like that, we have a better quality.
